1. Services Provided
CareCents Medical Billing Solutions LLC provides medical billing, claims management, revenue cycle management, and related services as agreed upon in the Service Agreement between the Company and the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Provision of Accurate Information
The Client must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete patient and billing information to enable us to perform our services effectively.

2.2 Compliance with Laws
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all operations, including the information provided to us, comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

3. Confidentiality
3.1 Patient Data Protection
The Company will comply with HIPAA regulations and take all reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of patient information.

3.2 Non-Disclosure
Neither party will disclose the other party’s confidential information without prior written consent unless required by law.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Charges
All service fees will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment is due as specified in the invoice issued to the Client.

4.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur penalties, including interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

6. Term and Termination
6.1 Term
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect as long as services are provided to the Client.

6.2 Termination by Either Party

10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with the Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
